Angus Canoe Club
Angus Canoe Club

Welcome to Angus Canoe Club.  Now that you've found us, why not take a look at what we do by choosing from the links on this page?

The club have been actively paddling as a club since January 2003, having been initially formed by a group of like minded paddlers under an initiative by the then Angus Council Community Education Department, in the guise of Steve Scott.

Constituted as a club in October 2002, we maintain a healthy membership despite the vagaries of the Scottish weather, and both junior and adult members take part in many varied activities.

One of the principle aims of the club is to introduce members, young and old, to the many different forms of paddlesport. In the main, we undertake white water kayaking and canoeing.

Membership is on an annual basis - we are still aiming to return to some form of normality with covid therefore please contact for up to informaton about getting involved with the club.

Angus Canoe Club is affiliated to Forfar Sailing Club and as such benefits from access to flat water, club room, changing facilities and storage.
